Το συγκρότημα βρίσκεται στον παραλίμνιο δρόμο της λίμνης Πλαστήρα και έχει θέα τη λίμνη Πλαστήρα και τα βουνά των Αγράφων. Σε συνολική έκταση 10 στρεμμάτων 4 πετρόχτιστα κτίρια στεγάζουν το κατάλυμα, το cafe- bar “Οινάνθη” ,την αίθουσα εκδηλώσεων και διατίθεται ιδιωτικό parking .
